This posting just a simple one. Sharing with you all about working from home!
As we all know since COVID-19 attacking world, we have forced our institution and ourself to work with new normal which is working from home a.k.a WFH.
For me, this is a new turning point to change the new method and environment of working. The question is are we or our environment or our technology ready embarking the new normal?
This is just my humble opinion on what is going on;
- Too depending on the facilities provided by our institution - we do not have proper devices to work at home.
- Bad internet connection - when all of us not step on any inch from our house, we have a competitive internet network, effected those who are not really good on the internet connection at their house.
- Not a conducive environment - for families, they may be distracted by other factors such as kids, house duty and others. for single, distracted by pets, family demanding and others.
Three items listed is just a general example and just what I had faced.
Whatever it is, for me this is a good step to really embark the new nature of work. It will always happen when we want to change!
WELCOME NEW WORLD! WELCOME TO NEW WAY OF WORK!
